Reservation Request Form

Please Note that there is No Cost for the Venue. However, you are responsible for the cost of food for the total guests that will be attending your event. A $50.00 Administrative & Booking Fee is required to secure the date and time requested.

Reservations are allotted in 4 hour increments.
You must pay for the food for the total amount of gests attending the event. There is no charge for the venue.
